Optional — what the label on the unit says it's rated for. Used to estimate F-Gas compliance until an engineer actually measures the charge on a visit, at which point that reading takes over.

F-Gas compliance

Service and Maintenance frequency is set by the system's CO2 equivalent. Calculated automatically from the asset's current charge and refrigerant type.

Refrigerants

Tick the gases you actually work with — only these show up when picking a refrigerant on an asset or cylinder. You can change this any time; anything already in use on an asset stays visible there even if you untick it here.

Export data

Download your data as a spreadsheet — useful as a backup, or to hand over a customer's records. Signed job PDFs and the asset logbook aren't included here; generate those from the account itself.
